Rubicon merger with Pasada Development Group drug stores
Rubicon Pharmacies LP is pleased to announce the merger of the Pasada Development Group drug stores with Rubicon. The combined organization will operate as Rubicon Pharmacies LP and will own 33 drug store locations throughout Saskatchewan and Manitoba under the Pharmasave and PharmaChoice banners.
As a result of the merger, Rubicon Pharmacies has added four PharmaChoice stores; St. Walburg Pharmacy in St. Walburg, Quayle’s Pharmacy in Birch Hills, Mayfair Drugs in Saskatoon and Madill’s Drugs in Meadow Lake. Also included is the addition of two Pharmasave stores, Pharmasave #428 in Melfort and Pharmasave #434 in Naicam.
We are very pleased to welcome the staff and management team from Pasada to Rubicon. In particular we welcome Aaron Palidwar as Managing Partner of Operations and Lonnie Nicholls as Managing Partner, Pharmacy Coordinator. We look forward to the combined efficiencies and operational strengths this will bring.
Rubicon will continue to position itself as the succession plan of choice for pharmacists and most importantly the community pharmacy of choice for our customers and patients.
